In a novel concept never before seen in South Africa, the Padma group has appropriated over eight acres of prime land in Kelvin for the development of 180 luxury free-standing homes and apartments as part of an executive retirement village.Waterbrook Estate will comprise an entire self-contained neighborhood in a serene and balanced north-facing environment that will use to best seasonal advantage the African sun.Of the 180 homes, 90 will be free standing consisting of between one- and three-bedrooms. The village will also contain a restaurant, library, music room and ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.
